missing those days Sunday, January 07, 2007 @ 9:03 PM![]() I TOTALLY MISS HOLY INNOCENTS' HIGH SCHOOL!!!
miss the times when we were hanging out together.(joelyn, yuanlin, manda) miss the guiding days when we had to rush to the toilet to change in 5 minutes. miss our classrooms.(be it on the second storey or the 3rd storey) miss the canteen food. miss the toilet where we will stand there for hours just to see our hair and stuff miss the teachers who teaches meeee (especially mrs tay, mrs ganesan, mrs nathan, mr pang, mrs tey and all) miss the times when we fool around during mr pang's lesson. miss the times when we were sleeping during mdm ee's lesson. miss the times when we study together as a class. miss 4 unity(the laughter and the joy that we shared) miss all my friends in the school(the sec 3's guanling, charlene and all) miss the recess times when we had to go and look for the table fast enough so that we won't be tableless. miss the times when we, the student leaders sat at the steps or at the back of the hall during assembly. miss the times when we, the student leaders dismissed the school. miss the student leaders' meeting miss the music lessons when we had all the laughters and joy with mrs tay. miss the times when i had one-to-one lessons with mrs tay.(that's really fun and benefitting) i still remember my reaction when i was posted to holy innocents' high school. i was sadden and don't look forward to going to the school at all. but after 4 years of memories, i would say that this school really build up my confidence and the courage in me. the teachers and students there really helped me a lot. however, i got face up with reality that all these things that happened before cannot happen again. we cannot turn back time and start these all over again. i cannot totally forget about this because all the images will be in my heart, my head forever. i know i cannot continue to stay in the past and must look forward, but i just cannot forget the memories. hope to go back there and stay there. haiz. sad. p.s i seriously don't really like my school. not the people there, but the school just give me this bad feeling. When you're a little kid, you're a little bit of everything. Artist, scientist, athlete, scholar... Sometimes it seems like growing up is the process of giving those things up. One by one. I guess we all have one thing we regret giving up. One thing we really miss. That we gave up because we were too lazy or, we couldn't stick it out or, because we were afraid. -The Wonder Years |
