CNY 2010 Tuesday, March 02, 2010 @ 6:48 PMChinese New Year this year is not as boring as what i thought it will be. in fact, it's fun as i celebrated it with my friends and family. previously, i used to dislike Chinese New Year as there is nothing to celebrate about. it just reminds me how a year just pass just like that. but this year, Chinese New Year for me is not just only boring house visits. 1st and 2nd day of CNY is just visiting relatives. but the real fun starts on the 3rd day! 160210 went to Don's house for a gambling session and catching up with Chanya. played black jack and i won like 10 over dollars from them. haha. this is my 1st time gambling during CNY. we played till like 1am in the middle of the night.    170210 as you can see from the previous post, i watched little BIG soldiers with rin, clem, don and shunwai. 180210 had a CNY gathering with the judokas at Marco's house. we had lohei and gambling session. played black jack also. didn't win much also. only won $3. lost to Marco at the beginning, then win back from Zhenghan. haha.        210210 went to my aunty's house to have steamboat. i had been whining to eat steamboat for like ages. finally get to eat my spicy steamboat! it was super awesome! after steamboat, we had MJ session! actually it's my mom playing, i was just helping her. but she did won 10 over dollars. played with my baby cousin too! he is so cute! grown up quite a bit since the last time i saw him.    he is eating his yummy porridge. where are you looking at?look here.  270210 had my 1st prelim papers which i screwed up quite badly. 280210 went to hougang ave 8's Mac to study overnight with Rin. i spent my yuan xiao studying lor. see i so guai. this is the 1st time i study overnight and not at home for the entire night.(except for chalets and overseas trip) it was quite ok. not very productive, but at least it's quiet there. quite a good atmosphere to study at. after a few hours, we started camwhoring at 4am in the morning!     most of the pictures are taken by rin though.cause i got lousy photo skills. what. at least i admit ok. i can only take photos with my own camera. cause it's made for only me =) Chinese New Year is finally over! time to start mugging for exams! more studying sessions! DATE ME DATE ME =) |
