my route to lose weight Monday, July 26, 2010 @ 12:01 AMhad been working for the past few months and i realized that i have gained like super a lot of weight due to work! everyday i'll just wake up, eat breakfast, sit, eat lunch, sit, eat dinner, sleep. my body is super weird in the sense that if i gain a little bit of weight it'll be very obvious that i gained weight on my face and my whole body. it was damn scary to see that i can't fit into my shorts which i can a few months ago! hence, i need to plan for myself a weight lost plan. here are the DOs and DON'Ts which i have to stick to until i regain back to my previous weight which is 48kg. don't ask me how heavy i am now. all i can say is I'm not light. the DOs........... 1. exercise at least 3 times a week. 2. start attending judo training seriously. (as in make sure that i sweat it out every training). 3. eat lesser every meal. 4. eat breakfast in the morning so that i won't start eating snack at work before lunch. 5. run at least 5km every week (for now. will try to increase to 10km) 6. try to sleep earlier! (it's proven that the more i sleep, the more weight i'll lose) 7. remind myself that I'm fat and i shouldn't be eating unnecessary snacks. the DON'Ts............ 1. eat supper! 2. eat snack during work! 3. sit there and not move during work! (move around more) 4. eat 4 hours before my bedtime! 5. slack during training! so far that's all for now. shall tell you whether this works. lol. |
